Nothing could have been better.

Easy to reach a metro station close to the hotel. I enjoyed the venue's the food and staff. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Myeongdong Kyoja Main that was only 20 minutes' walk away.

Even the Gimpo airport was not so far. Perfect place for city trip in Seoul.

Nothing to fault.

A pleasant stay - clean rooms, helpful staff and quiet. There isn't much of a view but you're in a quiet spot that is about 200m from the closest subway station Hoehyeon on Line 4 (easy transfer from Seoul station) and there are clear signs to the hotel.

In a country that has the fastest internet, we were expecting to have wireless available in our rooms although it was available in the foyer only. Otherwise a good option for staying in a hotel in Seoul on a modest budget- save the $$$ for the shopping instead!

The Hill House Hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and great attention to detail. Located slightly up the hill, the hotel is conveniently situated near two big markets in Seoul, making it a perfect choice for shoppers. The service provided by the staff is commendable, and the basic amenities in the rooms, like the large bathroom and dressing table, cater to the needs of guests. Additionally, the hotel offers breakfast included in the stay, and it's worth mentioning that they even provide gluten-free options for those with dietary restrictions.

All was satisfactory during my stay.

The breakfast starts at 8 oclock and it's a bit late, also it is very poor.

Convenience to the happening places in Seoul!

This hotel is an excellent value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect as it is tucked away in a quiet alley yet still very near to the bustling markets in the center of Seoul. The staff are friendly and fluent in English, making communication a breeze. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a bathtub to relax in after a long day of exploring.

No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

It is in a great location (although not many taxi drivers know where it is) within easy walking distance to Myeong-dong and Namdaemun Markets. Staff were very heloful (and in English). Room was great - spacious, modern and clean. Loved the glass-walled bathroom. Bed was very comfortable.

I didn't like the location of the hotel even though it is close to downtown.

The front desk staff is not as polite as I expected

Staff are helpful and their English is understandable. The room is big enough and clean. The environment is quiet and you have no worry to have a nice sleep.

Facility in bathroom is not enough. One of the receptionists in the front desk is rude when we reported the TV signal had problem. Breakfast is simple and just enough for you to eat, no other choices, fried egg and 2 pieces of toasts every day. If the breakfast time can change to start from 7:30am is better, The hotel is near the subway, just take you within 5 mins, but the route is a lil bit complicated as the hotel is located in the inner area. You have to walk to the main street and then you can find the subway. However, if you take a limo bus to/ from airport, it is better for you to take a taxi to the hotel as it is quite a long way.
